From the main window you can see who is connected to the server, from which IP address the user has connected, when the user has connected and a few more details.

Options

These options should be set ASAP to make your new server visible on your network. By default it will appear in Workgroup workgroup.
Domain/Workgroup defines where NAS server will be visible and accessible on your network.
Netbios Name defines the name of the computer on the network. This must be a unique name on your network.
Server String is a simple definition string for the NAS server.

Add User

Click Add User in the toolbar.
To give user access to the NAS server, add there login in the following box and their password.

NOTE
that User Login and Password must be the same as when the user logs into the workstation.

Now go to the user's workstation and map the newly created share to a known drive.
The same share can also be added to a DFS tree.

Edit user

Select wanted user in User List the appropriate option for that specific user and click OK

Remove User will delete only the user as is. By checking Remove Home Directory, you will also delete all the files that the selected user has on NAS server. NOTE that after clicking OK there is no coming back, all files are deleted for ever.

The configurations are taking place immediately upon click OK without rebooting.

Change Password option will give you access to the password text box.

Disable Login option will momentarily refuse access for the selected user. A access denied will pop on his/her screen.

Enables Login will reset the usual access to its share on the NAS server.

User Quota

To set user quota, select wanted user in User List and define how much disk space the user can have on the NAS server within Available Disk Space.
Leaving Available Disk Space empty gives an unlimited disk space use.
