Cannot get my email after installing ReSieve.
No Dns server IP has been declared. Add an IP address to
the Dns Manager and restart ReSieve.
Can I dual boot with BOS?
No. When BOS installs itself it deletes all files,
folders and partitions on your hard drive.
What
make of CPU does BOS run on?
BOS runs only on i386 CPU and compatibles.
I
get a connection timeout error massage. Why?
Two main reasons may occur
1: by default the IP is 192.168.1.168
Mask is 255.255.255.0 You have to add an IP address to your
workstation that is within the same subnet.
2: You may not have plugged your network
cable into the right nic. Swap your cables.
Else: Has the setup recognized your nic(s)?
See if your nic(s) are Red Hat compatible at Red

I
get an authentication error message. Why?
The default password for Baraka_OS device is "baraka"
(without the double quotes). Note that BOS is case sensitive.
Check and see if Caps lock is lit.
Response
from my BOS box is very slow, why and what can I do?
No DNS server has been configured on your BOS box.
Download Baraka's DNS software
to solve this problem.
Now
that I have installed BTC, my router doesn't work any more,
why?
It is not recommended to install BTC with other Baraka
products. Unless your a TCP/IP guru, don't do it.
Can
I install multiple Baraka products to the same box?
Yes, most of Baraka's products can be installed on the
same box without any problem. See the help files for
compatibility.

What
modems are recognized by BOS?
In most cases, if it runs under DOS it will work on BOS.
Most external modems work too.
Note: Winmodems and Linmodems simply do
NOT work.
